Everything quite satisfactory except for the time taken. This took 20+ minutes to recueve my order and it was 2 meals 2 sides. Just beware of the length of time

Tried 3 times now, every time they failed. Every time not provided what we ordered either missing, wrong and Luke warm. They are mixing their spicy seasoning with non spicy too. Can forgive once but not 3 times. Never going back. Expensive over priced and no where near above the service or quality of the other 3 main take aways.

so where do I start? The hash? Brown was not put in the insulation bag with the breakfast roll which meant that when it arrived it was stone cold.
I also ordered four Dr Pepper's and only one arrived
And if I'm totally honest, a McDonald's mcmuffin Is far superior

Food is subpar basically and overpriced kfc, took 30 minutes to get my food as they was focusing on delivery orders over customers actually in the restaurant.

Everyone we spoke to was super friendly but unfortunately despite being told to go and wait in the bay, it?ll take a while to make a veggie burger, it took at least half an hour before someone came and asked us if we were waiting for food. We said we were, and were then told it was still inside because they couldn?t find us. In our unusual car in the bay we were told to wait in. We were then brought £50 of stone cold food which we had to go in to get refunded as didn?t have time for a remake. We had waited because the guy at the drive through window had warned there would be a wait due to how busy it was and it taking a while to make a veggie burger.
Also, fries aren?t advertised as cooked in animal fats clearly on the menu but they are so if that matters to you make sure you don?t order them.
Vegetarian options: Fries are non vegetarian

I was disappointed thatbi ordered the bean burger but said it will take 15 mins to cook, I had ti head back to Solihull so I ended up by ordering cajun fries which was fine
