Service wasn't great, called in the shop to order and collect, not much customer appreciation, treated more like a cash cow, no effort to smile and engage. The pizza prices were confusing, sign on the wall said any 12" for £8.99 but mine cost £11.99, maybe I missed some small print somewhere on that? The pizza itself, i ordered Pepperoni Passion, if that was double pepperoni then I'd hate to have single, I hardly noticed the extra olives I'd asked for, the stuffed crust was the worst ever, I don't know what it was meant to be but tasted like Dairylea, yuk, it was really bad, the tomato base was ok and the amount of cheese was good but I like mozzarella on my pizza, not cheddar which was just so dominant and overpowering, there was zero stretch to the cheese!! The dough base was really poor too, more like bread than pizza base. Overall this was in the bottom five pizza I've had in 40 years. Did I eat it all, yes, I was that hungry, did I enjoy it, absolutely not, it didn't help that I came back from Naples 5 days ago, the birthplace of pizza and the baseline to compare to. I hate to give bad reviews but that just wasn't fit to be called pizza, supermarket ones are much better!!

Very rude customer service, number of times not delivering right items in right quantity, guy on the phone saying me as am responsible that I make complicated for him as if I ask how much would less should I go for minimum delivery??.never recommend

I recently ordered from Pizza Pizza, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish! The ordering process was quick and easy, and the staff was friendly and efficient.
One thing that really stood out to me was how clean and well-maintained the place is. Even as a takeaway spot, they clearly prioritize hygiene and cleanliness, which is something I really appreciate.
When I picked up my order, the pizza was fresh and hot, and the aroma alone had me excited. The crust was perfectly cooked?crispy on the outside, yet soft and fluffy on the inside. The toppings were generous and bursting with flavor, clearly made with top-quality ingredients.
Despite being a takeaway, the pizza tasted like it was straight out of a high-end pizzeria. Pizza Pizza has definitely become my go-to spot for a great pizza night at home.
If you?re looking for delicious takeaway pizza from a clean and well-run establishment, I highly recommend giving Pizza Pizza a try. You won't regret it!

Honestly the best pizzas in Gloucester. You wont beat the Hot Americano and Veggie Volcano.
