I went to Pets At Home in gloucester. We brought Hamster treat balls and when we opened them, there were black bugs. I also brought a bowl for my guinea pigs and have a beige bug. Not happy with this.

Inside the store all good. It's the rubbish outside that's not good. Red bin outside front door overflowing with rubbish and on the floor.

How does the store survive they rarely sell their animals, always using the excuse, which is there in quarantine or the cage you have is not large enough and you need to buy this cage/ tank or whatever to purchase the animal you want. The thing is, I previously purchased the recommended habitat, and now it's double the size and at least double the price, absolutely jokers. The same company in Cheltenham is more professional and
not attempting to update everything. Being an animal lover, I want what's best for my pet, ánot what lines the pockets of a chain of shops and a greedy branch manage.

Large pet 'superstore' which has a large variety of pet-related items. Pretty good selection. Parking outside and easily accessible. Prices seem ok.

Went to pets at home Gloucester yesterday to buy 2 gerbils for the children's first pet. We met Emma who was so super helpful and knowledgeable who helped the kids pick out their pets and gave them lots of advice. I'm very grateful to Emma to spend the time to ensure we were well equipped to take home our two new additions to the family. I'd definitely recommend ?
