Poor delivery service. Driver said he had called twice but no sign of him on our doorbell video and no card through the door. No phone call from depot despite request.

Absolutely awful service, awful tracking app. I missed a delivery on Monday as I wasn't notified it was being delivered, the app says the driver has left a card, well I don't know where he left it because he never went near the letterbox on the doorbell camera. Eventually I managed to rearrange delivery via an awful automated telephone system, you can't do it online without the card they didn't leave. So I've arranged for redelivery today (Wednesday) and having waited in all day I've just rung Parcelforce and spent 9 minutes with their awful automated telephone system telling me tracking number doesn't exist time and time again eventually allowing me to speak to an actual person who I think tells me the parcel is still at the depot and never went out for delivery today. I say I think tells me because I couldn't understand the operator due to their very quiet spoken tone combined with their accent. Now have to wait in again all day Friday, or at least I hope I do.

It has happened that a parcel from Netherlands arrived and I had to pay duties on. So until I received the physical paper the parcel had been here for few days. Paid the duties before going and the lady at the counter was super helpful. She actually managed to find my parcel although I had booked to receive it the following day. Unfortunately I'm not very often at home. It is quite uncommon to find people that go the extra energy to actually help.

Worst experience ever. I don't know what to say, but i am speechless. My parcel is arrived today in destination country after a wait of one month and today it was received in too bad situation. All my stuff inside the package was torned , opened and in such a pathetic condition that i literally want to cry. and above all they took more 12000PKR, beside this i already paid lots of money for each parcel. Such a bad experience of my life, i don't know whom to contact and where to do complain against all this mess. Seriously this was an terrible experience. I just need my money back, otherwise i'll think about to approach other authorities Below are the picture of my parcel.

One of the worst delivery couriers. No delivery attempted and no card left. Now have to wait for a redelivery the following day. Trying to get a resolution via the website is like pulling teeth! Far more competent courier services available.

Delivery was due today between 10 and 11, they claimed not to be able to find the address, when every other delivery service can. I can to chase them to find out where my parcel was! Shocking service!

This company are awful, failed to find my address, then gave another and the tracking showed he didn't even attempt to deliver so I opted to collect it from the depot which is a 30 minutes drive from stroud to the depot to be told its gone with the delivery driver, if he fails to drop it off today that we will have to go back to the depot. The parcel is my mums and she is disabled this disgusting behaviour. From the looks of the other reviews "can't locate the premises" is a lie that's frequently told on here. Also tracking the van he's been sat in the same spot for 3 hours maybe management needs to keep a better eye on there drivers.

Paid for next day delivery but it never arrived. Tracking said they couldn't locate our address which is nonsense as every other delivery co and people in general can. No way of contacting Gloucester depot so have to hope it is now delivered Monday. Terrible service.

My wife and me lost a day waiting for collection, no collection only communication by text said "parcel not available for collection ". Absolute rubbish !!! Truth is driver ran out of time or was never given the collection in the first place but in order to keep Parcel force failure stats respectable it's better to blame the customer. The web site is a maze designed to stop anyone finding a human being to speak to.......do yourself a massive favour........find a decent carrier !!!!!!!

I regularly use parcelforce & have never had a problem with them. The Gloucester depot staff are always helpful. I prefer to drop parcels at the depot as it's cheaper & more reliable than dropping at the post office.
