Terrible service from the ginger haired girl working on Saturday afternoon, waited in the queue behind the customer she was serving for 10 minutes, when she was done serving, she never acknowledged me and just walked off. I had been in the store 20 minutes already trying to get served. Very rude staff that all need some customer service training - will go to the Cheltenham one next time.

Take no notice of the website opening times. As we turned up in plenty of time, the door locked, and the look we received the death stare look when we tried it.

First time at a Pandora store and it certainly didn?t disappoint! My fiancé bought me a lovely ring, the service was wonderful and the jewellery is stunning! We were served by the wonderful Anthea who was a delight to converse with. Highly recommend this store, they often change their stock so it?s a great place to pop back regularly which my partner and I will certainly be doing!

Not very impressed with the shop layout. Went in to collect an item I had purchased online. As you go in it clearly states where to collect your item but I was ignored by the shop staff who were helping customers in the other line. If the Click and Collect customers need to queue with the other customers, it should clearly state that as you enter the shop. Waited a good 30 mins before I was even acknowledged. Very poor service.
