I have been 110% happy with O'Connell property agents. From the first meeting with Roy to appraise my house, the ongoing support from the team, being flexible around my changing personal circumstances to getting the sale of my property over the line has been amazing. A very professional family run business who go that extra mile. Roy, Faye and Caitlyn were all so helpful when dealing with my property for both rental and selling, always keeping me updated throughout the transaction even out of working hours. Have dealt with Roy before and always found him knowledgeable, professional and very approachable. After the initial market appraisal with Roy, Caitlin handled the viewings, negotiations and all other aspects of following the sale through to completion. I was very impressed with Caitlin who always arrived early for viewings to ?dress? the property and make any small tweaks to show it at its best.I?d have no hesitation in recommending Roy and the team.

I?ve been renting for 10 years and I can say hands down O?Connell Property Agents are the best I have ever dealt with! They are such a friendly and helpful team and they made moving in and moving out of the property so easy. It was nice as a tenant to feeling valued and important as well, I lived in the property for just around 15 months and any query or problem was sorted rapidly. Couldn?t think of anyone better!
