This is a great place to stay if you're out traveling and need to stop off for a few nights. The rooms are clean the owners of pleasant in a staff of super nice the race you can't beat them. I completely recommend this place for anybody that needs to stop off and have a place for a few nights

My inlaws are staying here and i love the homey look inside the spaces clean rooms they are utilizing in there time of need. Also love the fact of how monitored it is very well lite up too for safety.

Had a great stay. The front desk was more than helpful and very accommodating to every need. Promptly had my room ready even last minute. Was a very nice room and was just what I needed. Would 10 out of 10 recommend. I've stayed at the other few hotels in town and this is by far the best value, best service and cleanest rooms available!

stayed here about 7 months with my fiance we loved the place the manager was super friendly and on top of any issues right when they happened and always made up for anything that didn't go the tenants way!! we were hoping to use our yccA voucher there but we have a small dog now and these reviews say that they don't take dogs

This Motel was great in my eyes. They do alot of long term stays. Marie the manager is too sweet and very courteous. The other residents and nice a lil nosey but nice. It was a good experience and left there with new friends. I recommend Oak Wood if you need a place to fill in a gap between homes or for long vacations.

Hotel wasn't so bad somewhat clean besides the cobwebs and dead bugs under the bed just lack of housekeeping I suppose or needs a spring cleaning I feel bad for a girl that was there I feel like they targeted her or two young kids that lived above her that she knew one of them got arrested so they asked her to leave I'm claiming that she had lots of traffic and if they did pay attention then realized they were three other rooms selling narcotics there is a brother inappropriate maintenance man I believe have quite a rude mouth on me has a black beard as they sit out back of the house and smoke marijuana I understand it's legal now in the state of Maine but that doesn't mean it's right to smoke all day and push on the guest at this fine establishment I stayed here last year for almost a month and it was beautiful peaceful it was nice I think it's time that the owners hire new management I used to come here with my grandmother everyday she used to do housekeeping and laundry for 15 years or so this place is wonderful I loved it and unfortunately some of the employees has brought this place down a few notches maybe they just need to get a wake-up call about things that aren't getting done like the rum I'm in has no cold water in the sink or in the shower the heater does not go above 64 degrees which is okay please don't read my review and run away this place was a wonderful place I hope when I come back next year to visit with my grandmother things are back to how they used to be it was a shame to see how much this place at Bonaparte and just a year I will be back though I hope this is red as positive criticism indeed Rome will just be gone through as well as employees shall be spoken with about taking pride in their job I know there's plenty of people looking for work if you don't like your job go somewhere else correct or incorrect
