After having stayed almost in every part of London on various trips I ultimately found this marvellous home, away from home, in simplest words. And thereafter I do not have to bother scrolling the hotel or BnB apps once I am in London. IT IS THAT ABSOLUTE COMFORT. The host Mr. Tom has a thorough professional approach, a super host indeed. You do not need a guide in London if you stay here. The host will send you e mail about any place you wanna visit with thorough details. In short, if I do not get a booking here once in London, I pass my London trip half heartedly.

A lovely, quality guest house with the perfect location for Heathrow, the M4 and the Elizabeth Line into central London, plus it offers secure parking.
I don't usually write many reviews, but this place absolutely deserves one.
I looked at lots of reasonably priced places around M4/Heathrow and kept coming back to this gem.
We were warmly welcomed by the host. I'd booked the standard twin for a very good price (since I missed out on the double), but luckily, we were shown a choice of two rooms. The host honestly mentioned that there's a pub next to the twin room that sometimes hosts functions. We felt comfortable straight away?our host was so considerate?and we made the right choice to upgrade to the double.
Access was very easy: a level entrance corridor, one set of stairs, and a short hall to the room.
The room was clean and well thought out. The quality and cleanliness of the furnishings were honestly above my expectations for a London B&B. Compared with similar-priced stays I've had in West London, it was exceptional. The powerful Smeg kettle was a nice touch too?much better than the usual limescale-covered plastic slow kettle!
It was such a joy to have everything clean and working perfectly, as you never know what standard you'll get in London for under £100 a night.
You can absolutely tell that the family take pride in providing the best comfort and experience for their guests?they are very professional.
I have nothing bad to say about the stay or the area. It's not under the noisy flight path either, unlike places south of the M4. Free weekend parking nearby, and being just inside the tube zones to Paddington and Heathrow, made it a perfect strategic stopover.

Amazing staff, so kind and accommodating! Perfect location from Heathrow one bus to and from terminal 5 that takes around 10 minutes. The breakfast in the morning was also amazing, highly recommend!

I had been travelling for a month and was very tired..I booked Oakwood B&B as it is close to the train to the city and Heathrow (i flew out the next day) and I read the reviews which I found spot on...
Tom was very helpful with check in and places to eat and where to go for my last few days. My room was single with ensuite on first floor at the back. It was small but i was there just to sleep very clean, quiet and the bed was very comfortable !! Quite reasonable price too. I wish I had booked it and taken the train into the city which is more expensive and very noisy!!!
Thanks Tom
Highly recommend!!!

Very conveniently located close to LHR. The caretaker is a super friendly and helpful guy. The room is small but for a 1-2 night stay, it's okay.

This was the loveliest place with a friendly, welcoming, and warm staff! Our host was so informative and gave us lots of great recommendations for food and activities in the area. Breakfast was an additional fee, and they had such a a lovely assortment of foods including vegetarian options! Such a great place to stay, I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to visit the area and learn a bit more about its rich history in a cozy, family-owned environment!

The staff at Oakwood B&B provided timely friendly service in a quiet and quaint, but pristine atmosphere. It is easily accessible via public transportation from Heathrow airport and is a stone's throw away from Windsor Castle! Loved the towels most of all!! Great value for money!!

A very well put together, budget BNB! It is owned and managed by a wonderful family that makes sure your experience is very pleasant and comfortable. Cannot stress enough about the amazing hospitality I received during my short stay there. The room well furnished and comfortable, location is very close to transit, and comes with breakfast!

I booked the room. They didn't even contact me and cancelled my booking. I was left on the street in the middle of the night. When went in the next day, he was SUPER racist. Soon as he saw I was a person of colour, his volume kept going higher and he kept getting more aggressive.
Stay away from a bigoted person who is so up his own bottom. Apparently he's known for this behaviour around the area. The hotel I went to said majority of people are rejected by him based on their colour.

Highly recommended! We called in last minute and make a booking. Unfortunately, we made the wrong booking. Tom was very welcoming and changed the booking on the spot. Sometimes traveling can be a bit stressful and we make wrong decisions The Team at Oakwood B&b made our stay worth it.

We had a wonderful experience here at Oakwood B&B! Staff was very friendly and supportive, room was very tidy, breakfast was yummy - had an all English breakfast. Its location was spot on, on a bus route and not too far to the train station too (less than 10 minutes walk).
Generally, we are very satisfied and would definitely have a repeat visit/stay again.
