First- I want to say how absolutely delightful the owner and her daughter are. They were so kind to us! It?s a small place- but honestly- it?s enough space. Our ?apartment? had a medium sized fridge (almost like full sized), a counter top burners, a ton of dishes, and a four seater table and chairs. The back room- where the beds were- had a very well functioning air conditioner- that even worked to cool the front room. We had the smallest room available- but it easily slept 4 people.
The room was VERY clean! The beds were comfortable, and we slept like babies. There is a stall shower separate from the toilet. This place is very well maintained!
It is literally one block from the boardwalk and includes parking for one car.

Location of this hotel was amazing, right off of the boardwalk. Owner was also so kind and accommodating. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend !

We love the Oakview Hotel, the owner is the nicest lady in Wildwood. Can't get any closer to the boardwalk, not just the boardwalk but the center of it, where the rides are on the pier. The most convenient place to be. We come every year and wouldnt stay anywhere else. See you next year!

My boyfriend & I had a really great stay. The woman who checked us in at the office (she may be the owner) was very nice. Our room was on the second floor and had a private outdoor entrance. The room was recently renovated and very clean, the shower was nice and had hot water, ac in the room was cool, they provided fresh linens and the room came with a few basic kitchen appliances. They also have an outdoor shower to rinse off when coming back from the beach, which is also only a block away/short <5 minute walk. Although we were close to the boardwalk you don?t hear much of the noise at night. This is a great low-key place to stay for couples or a small family as they have strict rules against drinking, smoking and loud noise after 10pm. I only took off one star because I was disappointed that we couldn?t smoke or drink on the property lol!

My family and I stayed here in July. The rooms were cleaned and a good size for 3 people. There's a little kitchen so you can cook. In the back there are showers, so you can wash the sand off of you. The staff was friendly and accommodated. There's also free parking as well and its about maybe a 5 minute walk to the beach and 2 minutes to the boardwalk. Definitely will stay here the next time we vacation at wildwood.

TERRIBLE HOTEL. ITS CHEAP, IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR CHEAP ITLL BE BETWEEN 200.00-220.00 WITH TAX. THE ROOM IS SMALL, NO SOAP, NO NOTHING BUT 2 TOWELS. AIR CONDITIONER I SWEAR SHE CAME IN AND TURNED IT OFF TWICE. I WISH ID JUST SPENT THE EXTRA 39.00 AT A GOOD HOTEL. GOODLUCK!!!

Old, but COMPLETELY refurbished. Rooms are very small, but redone & VERY clean: a top priority for me. Make sure you bring bath soap --- none provided. Glad I brought a hair dryer: none provided. Very clean bed linens & great bath towels. A very welcoming atmosphere. Chose this no frills property because it was bargain priced & 3 doors from the boardwalk/beach. Free parking during duration of our stay across the street @ a boardwalk parking garage a few feet away. Management very helpful & kind. Extremely walkable location.
