I have chosen Naylor Powell Estate Agents to sell my property as I am so impressed with the service I have received from Scott Stephens. From when he first came and valued my property he has been helpful and happy to go the extra mile. He came and took photos and was happy to come back and retake one I wasn't happy with. He answered any queries that I had and still does. When he showed a viewer around he phoned afterwards and informed of their feedback and emailed me aswell.

I had superb and professiol service from start to finish, Laurie and his team insured everything ran smoothly throughout the sale of my property.
I cannot fault them at all whatsover, I have faith in Estate agents once again. They were thorough and honest at every stage and from initially meeting Laurie on surveying my house. I felt he was realistic and knowledgeable and I would use Naylor Powel in the Docks again and would not hesitate to recommend them in the future.

We used Naylor Powell to act for us in selling our house. This is the first time I've sold a house and Niamh was fantastic in taking us through the process and communicating with us with updates. She set up WhatsApp group between us and their sister site in Hucclecote to facilitate update between sale and purchase of our next house. This made getting updates so convenient. We felt like a valued customer. We will be using them again.

The ladies at Naylor Powell really were fantastic. Olivia was extremely professional and answered all of our queries without hesitation. She was by far the best agent we had engaged with throughout our house purchase. We will definitely use Naylor Powell next time because of her service. Once we agreed to purchase the house the transaction was handed over to Niamh. Niamh was equally very professional and was very good at communicating. The only area we felt could have been improved was we felt very pressured to exchange only one week before we were completing but believe this was likely down to our seller rather than the agent. Thanks again for everything and we are very happy in our new home!
