Restaurant was nearly empty but told there was a 20min wait for a table. We waited. After 20 minutes or so we were shown to a table and we ordered. By this time the restaurant was full. We received starters but after an hour had still not received mains. In the end we had to ask for a refund and leave because we had cinema tickets booked. Very disappointing and not the first time service has been painfully slow at a Nandos.

Poor experience when I arrived and the restaurant was left than half full we were asked to come back in 15 mins so the kitchen could catch up and go outside in tge rain. Walked straight over the road to another restaurant instead, poor hospitality!

This is one of the best Nando?s I?ve been to. Really attentive service even under pressure. Food almost always comes out perfect every time. Clean environment to eat food in. Chicken always cooked perfectly. It?s clear how hard everyone works here as the restaurant runs so smoothly. I will always come here for my Nando?s.

Anne Marie was absolutely amazing. She is an absolute rocket greeting and saying farewell to every customer in the loveliest way. Working in a restaurant is not for the weak and she proved how strong of a character she is . A credit to this restaurant.

Brilliant food, excellent service and the staff team are so friendly. It?s a great experience and the new guy Troy cooked the chicken to perfection.

You see by the companies response that the couldn't careless attitude is from the Top down. Hence why they are the only restaurant that takes your money before they serve you.

Food was so cold when it arrived portions have become very small for the price you pay! ? As a South African living in the UK I enjoy eating Nandos, but after the let down from my last 3 meals I can honestly say I doubt I'll be buying it again. ?

The manager was overcompensating looked after us throughout the nig made sure we had the best service The manager who served us was the best even though we need more managers like that.

The quality taste and the size of the portion are poor small and was burnt too.. compared to the other Nandos in UK.
We went to have the lunch thinking will be full for the day as usual.. but Allas!!! The Ortiz of rice and chicken were so small and the chicken was not cooked properly and was burnt and the lemon and herb were not present instead it was taste like burnt. Went with my kids and we all end up having something from KFC

Lovley service by such caring staff. I can see that the team is very nice and close.
Food was great! However, the wrap is 10% chicken 30% lettuce and 60% wrap.
Cutlery was a bit disappointing as normally the table is all served with cutlery and napkins beforehand, payed all nicely. But here you have to get your own or they hand you scrunched up napkins.
Quite nice how servers ask if there was anything wrong with your meal as some people may feel too shy too. I was full so diddnt eat much of an item, a lovley server noticed and asked politely if there was anything wrong with it.
Will be returning, thanks!

Food came out one at a time. Two plates were completely cold, though they brought fresh plates apart from chips, and the rest was warm at best. Real disappointment
