The worst customer ‘service’ I have ever had the misfortune to experience. They obviously have too few staff, whose only concern is to sell and take your money. God help you if you have a problem with a purchase. Shameful and incompetent after-sales service. Beware! I paid £1000+ for a new mower 5 weeks ago, it was...

Beware ! No invoice received, No tracking information re order delivery, Calls are rarely answered and promises for updates are Never met. I am still waiting a week after the order and will shortly be raising a dispute via my Credit card company.
