Visited the cafe for lunch today at heron way Gloucester but was very disappointed with the new gluten free so say toasted sandwich hardly any filling and not toasted not worth the money , the other two meals served were also cold except the the fish. Cafe needs to be looked at as well as the revamp in store.

Turned down my acceptable ID, staff always look like they're judging you. I accidentally spilled a bit of Dr Pepper on the floor and staff openly looked at each other and rolling their eyes while sighing, the security guard tried to kick us out for trying on a halloween mask

Worst service ever received on self scan this afternoon by a young man. Just walking around carrying paper bags.
No acknowledgement when the light was flashing red just walked straight past no one else is waiting to be served. It was not busy and then we had to ask for the security tag to be removed off smoke alcohol just not interested and knowing no eye contact. Thank you, goodbye

annoyingly you cant speak to anyone at the store, despite the number being displayed on the website, and have to ring a central number, who then contacts the local store. what a waste of time. my queery would have only taken 1 minute instead of 8 minutes.

Not good. No tills open and refused to open them even with a trolley full of shopping. Forced to use self service. Shop is eerily quiet which probably reflects on how bad the whole experience is. Yes it is the evening but compared to Tesco, Sainsbury's they actually have running tills. Poor stock levels too. Might be the last time visiting this Morrisons.

I have used Morrisons in Cheltenham for many years but have just moved from Cheltenham to this area so this is now my local Morrisons store. What a difference!
Each time I go into this store my shopping experience just plummets!
This store seems to be going downhill by the day. Half of the freezers are empty, filthy and don?t work, there are puddles of water all over the floor where they are leaking. This isn?t one-off, this is every time I have been in.
There was a stale smell coming from them when I recently visited as well which was very unpleasant.
The whole store looks like it could do with a good clean, the quality of produce in the fruit and veg is third rate, the fridges where the meat dept is are dirty and never seem to have much in them.
Need I go on?
I?m reluctantly switching to Tesco now as I find the whole shopping experience dreadful here.
