Thank you to Angela and her team in Gloucester. She really listened to what sort of holiday we wanted. Her experience also helped us narrow down our choices and got us a really good price. You could spend hours and hours searching online to save a few quid, or you could spend 30 minutes with Miles Morgan. If you value your time and money you really need to pop in and see what they can do for you - and support a local business in a local city centre.We loved our holiday at a H10 resort in Fuerteventura - I'm not normally a sun/pool/hotel person but this turned out to be perfect for me and the whole family! Corralejo was a much nicer place than we thought it would be and the hotel was quality. Good choice Angela!

When you pop in for currency and the team remember you, asking about the last trip you took, such friendly efficient and personal service. Gave me a real lift yesterday, thank you all the staff at MM Gloucester ??

During COVID I felt more comfortable using a good old fashioned travel agent. I did and choose miles Morgan who were superb every step of the way - helping with tests / finer details etc every step of the way. I?ve just returned from a fantastic holiday in the canaries.
I would particularly like to commend Jenny in the Stroud branch (who I assumed owned the business by her excellent, professional and personalised service). Top marks all round. A great company to deal with

My wife and I have used Miles Morgan for almost all of our holidays over the past ten years.
We use the Yeovil branch where we have found all of the staff informed, knowledgeable and immensely helpful.
When thing are difficult, (Tunisian terror incident and Covid19) they are second to none. They have always managed to sort out any refunds and re booking without any effort for ourselves.
They really are the best and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone.
Booking a holiday on the net MIGHT save a couple of quid(but not much at all) however if anything goes wrong it is then you realise just how valuable the Miles Morgan crew are.
Thanks very much guys and we very much look forward to many holidays with you in the future.

The People - Louise and Les of Clifton branch genuinely care about their clients and that they make a good holiday choice which meets their requirements- in these uncertain times it is reassuring to know that that if you book with them they will navigate with you should travel conditions change.

Really excellent service.... Made booking next years (2021) holiday a very pleasant & stress free experience.
Arranging sea view, balcony, beach front and (even) extra legroom on our flights wasn?t an issue.
Highly recommend and is it too early to start packing ??

My daughter and her friend went into this store on Sat 27th afternoon. They wanted to book a split location trip to Italy staying in Florence and Rome. They explained their requirements to a female member of staff who was over heavily made up with makeup. Her rude reply was we don't do things like that and where else have you been. When they said the CO OP she replied 'well I will only find the same packages as the CO OP' She was not in least bit interested with our requirements and was very rude.

The staff at Miles Morgan in Gloucester are so dedicated to making holidays what you want. I have only been a customer for 6 months, during which time I have selected 3 cruises, and I shall continue to remain solely with them for the long term. The personal interaction and advice far outweighs any possible benefits gained via impersonal Web sites.
