One multiple occasions while ordering trough the app one item was missing, most of the times is the double quarter pounder, I don?t know if I?m the only one having this issue, but is very annoying. I?ve tried to get a refund as well or the rest of my food delivered but no success. Horrible customer service. Won?t use the app ever again.

Advertising the £2.79 breakfast deal on the drive-thru menu, but would not honour it at the till.
Had to pay full price. Rip-off, won't be ordering breakfast again.

Can't comment on the food but ordered and apparently took an hour and a half for a few bits of food. Didn't fancy cold food. Better off getting USA chicken if your in stroud.

It's a fast food joint, so what do you expect !!I've given it a low score because there were no mcflurrys or milkshakes, and this happens quite often. This time machine was broken so they say ..alot of the time machine is or has been cleaned and they can't be bothered with it ..and this was at a very busy time .The best thing is the milkshake with your food ... and oh yeah, bring back the original veggie burger can't stand the plant based or soya burger.

20min wait for food through drive through, food and hot chocolate where cold even though I asked the staff if it would still be hot, even the apple pie was cold !!!!!!

Ordered inside as the queue for the drive through was ridiculous. No receipts in the self serve machines, not given our full order (missing the cheesy Mccrispy burger, the only full meal we ordered) the specific burger was mentioned as the food was collected from the counter. Tried calling multiple times once we were home, a 10 minute drive away as one person was missing their food, which had been paid for. So thanks McDonald's for ruining our meal and charging us for food you never provided. Utter rip off merchants.

Never use this branch if ypu are in a hurry, slowest servuce ever. Ordered two brekfasts about 8.30 Saturday morning, inside was empty and two cars in front, sat for twenty minutes waiting. Went in today,table service for three drinks and a cookoe, again,nearly twenty minutes and not busy.

I ordered a McDonald?s breakfast at half 10 it has taken them from half 10 to 12 am to just cancel my order I?m not happy I ordered it within the time they were still doing breakfast.
