15 minutes waiting for two happy meals on a Monday afternoon. At this rate you will need more bags for customers to park and wait for food. Fries were cold and so were the nuggets.

Terrible service! The queue for the drive through was ridiculous so I went inside and ordered 2 burgers,2 fries. After 20 minutes waiting I asked how much longer I would need to wait, the staff member asked who I assume was the manager to which I saw a shrug and a look of disgust. The restaurant area looked dirty and it seems the main focus is just eat/ deliveries orders, that seemed to be the main focus. McDonald's is no longer fast food!

Absolute joke of a McDonald's, constantly missing items including big macs which were top of the order but still charged for them. Won't be going back here the idiots have had enough of my money for not supplying items

Fast food Hahaha well if you call preordering then your family manage to drive from Cheltenham to burger King over the road get served receive said food and eat in the time this McDonald's manage to get my food out fast then yeah they hit it square on the nail but I suppose if you pay peanuts then you get monkeys.

Food excellent as always. However due to it being fast food like all McDonald?s chains and KFC - they can miss items on the order from it being too long: very understandable and human error but it?s still being paid for and not given. As well as always having to park up when doing drive thru here as this one and Hardwicke is always busy! No matter the day or time these two Gloucester Mcdonads are soo busy! I don?t know how the staff manage it, it must be a lot of work every shift. So thank you to the team for always helping with every order, being kind and calm no matter how busy and manic it might be :)
Parking: Curved situated parking round the premises. Like 20ish spaces. Excluding the park-up order bays. Enough to get by on considering the size of the building.

Food and coffee fine . Nothing memorable in service. But sitting outside amongst people in a seemingly drugged up state leaves us thinking it?s not a restaurant to return to.

We are regular customers and I have to say we have noticed the food and service is always excellent when Manager Christine is on shift. Her and her team always go above and beyond to make sure we get the best service. Give this girl a pay rise!

Went here in the week, the kids were off on half term, so it was very busy, so got a Big Mc, but they were sold out, so got a burger, fries and a milk shake, but the milk shake wasn't working so had a diet coke, and took it home to eat, we only live abut 2 miles away. When I got home it was all cold, and the diat coke was flat, no fizzzzz, so not overly impressed this time.

Second time I have ordered breakfast through the app and second time I have had the exact same item missing. There is no way to complain properly to McDonald's and they try to get you to complain through the delivery partner which you can't as it doesn't show your order and it isn't a delivery issue it's a restaurant problem not packing the order correctly! It's a shame this McDonald's is so bad.

Came round the drive thru at 11:55 to find it closed early so came in store, just to have the staff get mad at me as if they didn't close the drive thru EARLY! Come on guys.
