We were with Martin&Co 2 years ago and left as circumstances changed meaning we needed a different size property and when our tenancy was ending we headed straight back to these guys as our old property was back out on the market - so here we are back with this amazing letting agents, fabulous staff, professional and so friendly and back in our old place ??Any problems with our property are sorted out promptly and problems are never to big and they are always there at the end of the phone.Would highly recommend!Keep up the good work.guys ?

I recently rented a very nice apartment from Martin & Co, the service was excellent. Really helped me out, things from my side were not the smoothest but everyone at the office helped massively to make it work, as smooth as possible as well, would recommend, very helpful.

Please stay away from them, especially if you are foreigner. They have discriminated against me!! The man called me to arrange viewing for a flat at Victoria house asked me about me family, I told him I am bringing my family from my home country and I am applying for their visa, he said we can not rent you unless you send a copy of your family members visas?!!!!!!!. According to Home Office rules; I should provide a rental agreement of a family property to get my application accepted. When I asked the man if this is a rule he got mad and hung up the line on me. He breached the law, and took away from me my right to rent which the government has given to me, what a shame!!! According to his racist rule, I should never get visa for my kids!!! Please stay away from them!!To be fair, the lady receiving the phone calls was nice and respectful.Comment on owner reply, 7/11/2023:Firstly, you are not telling the truth!! The call was not end, they hung up the call on me!! twice, including the second lady replied my second call, she also hung up the call on me.Secondly, the lady I said she was nice, that the lady receiving the calls when people call for the first time. Lastly, how you can check the right to rent of dependants??!! Who have not been here yet?? You have the right to check mine, and that what was supposed to happen. I were not happy and were not look understanding what your employees were saying, I were discussing with them and they hang the call on me!!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I placed a holding deposit on a house on the promise of the house being decorated to a high standard, etc. On viewing the property, once finished, the decorating looked like it had been done by a 4 year old, and the carpet in the living room was threadbare. We were advised to put a rug over it to cover it. It was also then we were told that the living room fire had been condemned. When we declined the property due to these issues we were not only provided with shocking customer service but we were also told that due to work done by the Landlord we wouldn't be allowed any of our money back. Absolutely disgusting! martin&co you should be ashamed!

Worst agents ever. Taking advantage of foreigners, they made you sign a fixed term contract every year instead of a rolling contract. When you try to leave, they made your life imposible, trying to get money for everything. They are not giving landlords details even if you asked for them. I hope they don?t do that to anyone else, but I doubt it. Choose another agency you won?t regret.If you think living on the property for 7 years and making me pay renewal fees every year is fair? let the people decide.Now you are trying to charge me £300 because you think the flat is not clean? see the photos and hopefully more people realize how bad you are and stop choosing to work with you.

Recently sold and completed. Jade, Hallam and the team have gone above and beyond to do this at pace with a very complex sale. Nothing has been too much trouble, communication was excellent as was advice - highly recommend them.

I'm advise everyone to avoid the service of this company.They are not looking after the tenants (as they should, based on the tenancy agreement), and when you are reporting some issues, they are getting angry, and of course, they are not assisting you.If you want to end the agreement earlier (even if you are on a one month rolling contract), they are asking you to pay thousands of pounds with a devil laugh.When you are going to their office, they have there two (I will not call them...you know how) women's who are sitting on the chairs, drinking and laughing and you can only watch them, together with the manager of that office. Very disgusting and very racist company.We had reviews that were deleted by them (or reported to Google as false) because they don't like to have the truth published.Avoid this company, avoid them!!!They don't deserve even one star.
