Staff do not accept card payments for certain items and instead ask customers to withdraw cash from an ATM. I am curious to know the reason?

Used to be a BP fuel station but is now Esso, so I use it to fuel my car with the Esso app. Rarely go inside!

The men named Pasad who was working 30/06/24 13:00 disappointed us when we see the products. He told us we are messing everything without buying. But we didn't do that. He told he arrange all the things by himself and we disappoint him so much. What a bad customer service????? The owner should train these kind of staff for good customer service??

Petrol station open 24 hours with no toilet facilities and a subway inside.So if someone wants to wash his hands before eating should search for another place to do it?Thats bad really bad.

The women who was working 24/06/22 20:30 disappointed that you wasn?t kind enough to let one of my disabled service users use the toilet when he was in desperate need and you could see that.
