Very good value nice clean store good quality produce our new main super market from now on saved 27 pounds on first shop and trolley was full to top very happy plus you get money off every month and free bakery item aswell

Subject: Complaint Report Regarding Employee Behavior - ChristopherDate: 17.01.2024Time: 2:40 pmI wish to file a complaint about an employee named Christopher at the Lidl supermarket. Upon entering the store for shopping, I inquired about the absence of tissues in the restroom, and he promptly placed them. However, upon leaving, he began to follow me in a disturbing and intimidating manner, as if suspecting me of theft or terrorism.Despite the presence of surveillance cameras capturing the entire incident, I observed that all staff members seemed informed about my movements. I halted and spoke with an individual who claimed to be the manager, identifying himself as Hisham. I expressed my disappointment in their handling of the situation, and he mentioned concerns about theft, stating that many thieves visit the store. However, I am unsure why the employee, Christopher, singled me out in such a manner.I hope the management takes appropriate action to address this unsettling experience.

Visited a number of times now, never been overly busy, staff are very friendly, store is obviously modern and well laid out.As someone new to Lidl and their products, lay out, where the price stickers are (above), it takes a little longer to get the shopping done and occasionally price stickers aren't with the correct item so it's safer to check the item/price.Whilst there are self checkouts, there isn't any sort of hand scanner option.Bakery great, lots of good items at cheaper prices.The free app is good as well as regular coupons and freebies etc.Will continue to use ?

Good n clean great buys in mid isle .but a few items low on stock ie Eggs this week and the lovely batton bread aghhh i need this my grandsons need um ... Good though ?

I go for the bakery...end of. It's ok and has some decent stuff but not the essentials as is so often the case with lidl. The bakery however is second to none. We buy pastries here then go to starbucks to save a tenner a time. Well worth it and ten times better and always fresh. I hope it never ends!!

The place is just perfect, they offer low prices. The place is strategically located, boasts of vast parking space. They have self service checkout which makes it faster to checkout, you don't have to wait in a queue to checkout.
