I visited on Saturday, believing that my 9year old car needed a new battery. Andy said that he would deal with it as soon as he could. I agreed a price for the battery and installation. I was surprized and delighted when he came and told me that he had the battery on test and it was perfectly good, but just needed to be charged up. No charge ! Thank you Andy, you deserve 5stars.

The staff were very understanding as I had to leave my car for a couple of days due to stressful hospital visit. Communication was great and when I got back car was ready and waiting. Nothing was too much trouble and staff very friendly. Will be using this place again

Kwikfit in general sometimes gets a bad wrap, but the guys down at Eastern avenue don't deserve to be tarred with that brush at all. Great service from them every time I've used them. Always super helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and have managed to get me in at short notice following a puncture. I've used other tyre fitters around Gloucester but following my last 3 visits, I won't be going anywhere else again. The price has always been competitive too. Military, veterans & blue light card holders all get discount too!!

I needed a tyre fitting late in the evening to get home to the south coast from Gloucester. I got there approx 30 minutes from closing with a full deck of cars already in, but the team squared me away, staying late to do so. Without them, I?d have been stuck up there for the night or paying through the nose for a call-out fitter. When I got there, it turned out one of my other tyres needed sorting too - the report that they provided included pictures and details of the additional defective tyre (which was a nice touch) - and I can easily see how the costs would have mounted up quite quickly. The team could easily (and justifiably) said they were full until closing and turned me away, but they?re humanity saved the day (and my bank balance).

Very happy with my recent visit. I booked an online slot for all 4 tyres to be replaced. When I arrived they were very welcoming and polite, and expecting me. They carried out the work perfectly. Absolutely no complaints.

I was really grateful I had a text message to say my mot was due as a new car id completely forgot! The service was wonderful and I was treated well as I asked for help and they were very helpful giving me a garages card I was able to have work done the next day an booked a re mot the following day!! No problem whatsoever so I will definitely use them again many thanks

I came in with a bunch of screws in my rear tyres and Andy and Ellis were able to complete a quick fix for me. They were incredibly professional and helpful, walking me through every step of the way. I cannot recommend them enough!
