10/10 - had two blown out tyres, called up and the guys sorted it no issues - stock ordered over night. Next day they?d cracked on with the work and had it ready by 10am. Couldn?t ask for a better experience.

I don?t do reviews very often, but I felt like I really wanted to this time. I had my MOT booked with someone else originally on the day that my MOT was due (planned earlier, but my door wouldn?t open so had to be repaired and MOT rescheduled). The other garage let me down and cancelled my rescheduled appointment with 2 hours notice and offered to get it done in 8 days! Long story short I was in panic mode and Kwik Fit on Bristol Road was the only place that was available on the day. I was mortified reading the reviews, but it just shows that people will only leave reviews when they?re unhappy with the service, otherwise not many people bother. And in my case the service was outstanding, quick, friendly, in an out within 45 minutes. Thanks for saving and making my day.

Really impressed with the team at Kwik Fit on Bristol Road, Gloucester. My tire pressure light came on just ten minutes into a long drive to my graduation. When I stopped to check it, I found a nail in the tire. I called the branch and explained the situation, and they were brilliant ? they fit me in straight away and sorted the issue quickly.
Thanks to their quick service and helpful attitude, I was able to get back on the road with plenty of time to spare. Really grateful for their help and would definitely recommend them.

Quick to replace a fatally punctured tyre. The problem came later. The new tyre was over-inflated by Kwik Fit, causing the car's sensors to interpret the disparity in pressure as loss of pressure in the opposite and perfectly good and properly inflated tyre. It should be a simple task for Kwik Fit to inflate to the correct pressure.

Asked specifically that my 2 new expensive Continental 7 tyres were set to 33 psi. On leaving, the car said that one had been set to 35 and one to 42. Checked on calibrated pressure tester when I got home (as car pressure sensors can be very inaccurate) and they were 36 and 42psi. No excuse for this. Even if their kit was out of calibration how could they be set up to 27% over what I asked for and 16% different left to right. Pure laziness! They would be the fist to tell you if they found your tyres were at incorrect pressures ! On the good side, tyres were immediately available, site was clean, staff polite and even brought my car in close when finished as it was hammering with rain. Another point to note is that I was quoted £345 on the phone and got them for £276 by pre buying them on their own website 2 minutes after my phone call!! Exactly 25% cheaper even though the discount code was only 10%! Words 'greedy' and 'margins' come to mind. Seemed whilst waiting in reception that Mobility and Fleet were liked more probably as again margin means more to them. Probably a head office decision not the local branch. Summary... order on line before going to the branch, look for discount codes on their own Kwik Fit site and get them to check the pressures.
