The food it self is perfect. Shame staff can't complet an order correctly. Put order in for visiting family and food was all thrown in one large paper bag.
The basics of order was there but items were double. Missing or had the wrong number placed in the bag.
What the family had spent hour deciding over seemed pointless when reality we should of selected ... whatever someone feels like throwning in at hand lucky bag paper bag. Option.
Happy new year to u too.
No I didn't call the restaurant so they could tell me to go chasing around after kfc complet failed ability to train there staff for the missing items. Again

Chicken was not cooked properly. Chips were soggy and asked for beans and coleslaw and got gravy very poor standard
Tried again tonight service is crap staff are rude missing two items of the order does not look.like the menu pictures at all place needs s good clean disgusting

Not that keen on the chicken anymore since they have changed the spices to bland. Chips are great though.

Very disappointed, crap service , 3 times ordered tower burger meal original recipe and didn't understand so was called to the hatch , reordered yet again and asked at the end and reassured he'd given me right order only to get home and find a piss poor , shit tiny chicken burger in there so I went to premier to get a microwave chicken burger and have that. Ridiculous

Nice design but seats are wooden & uncomfortable indoor & outdoor. Rare you will find a bench in uk either.

Have stopped at this KFC several times on journeys through Gloucester, including this evening. The staff are some of the friendliest and most helpful I've ever met, they really go the extra mile with service, so much so that I felt compelled to write this review.
