“A really lovely experience at H Samuel this morning. After having been to a few local jewellers who were not quite as helpful, we met Claire at H Samuel Gloucester. Claire changed the batteries in our watches and then told us a little bit about two family rings that we had. We were very curious about their history and what they were made of. Claire was able to read the ring with the hallmarks and tell us the maker name and carat. We have sent one off to be refitted and one to be valued and depending on the value we might have some work carried out on it.
