Fairly good shop, and have some good deals at times on their stock. Inside the store, it's fairly tidy and can find items easily. The brands they sell is pretty decent and have good quality tracksuits or clothing. Staff are helpful. Picking up parcels is pretty good and easy. They don't take too long to get to the store. Only things will point out, 2 times I had an issue with the parcels from Jd. Where the parcel goes "missing" for a couple of weeks and then just randomly turns up to my address.

Shop floor staff Very friendly however staff behind the till on sat were chatting about the new lady manager only been there a few weeks all negative and also all customers could here and waiting longer when the chatting continued with a male member of the team !! Bad customer service. And I felt sorry for the new manager to have to work with back stabbing staff

Great shop with original sports clothes. There is a particularly large selection for men and especially patterns that cannot be found anywhere else. Great prices.

Unbelievable I chose this store for collection oine order and I never made it to.the store so I was expecting a refund after 14 days just find out from customer care that my order was collected, by who I have no idea. I lost the item and my refund, worst experience ever

18:11:23. Poor service. Assistant was gone for too long and came back with wrong trainers. Then had to go and "put some back" before he brought the right ones.

I have come to JD sports for collection of my order . It has been after 30-40 minutes of waiting and I am told order is not there . They cannot find it . So they will call customer services . Extremely disappointed as I don't know what happened , why the delay ??? Could I be delivered that at home address now once found,,, refunded ..???? Nothing at all
