Amazing value for money, £3.75 for a sausage roll and a coffee. The sausage roll is much better and another lead chain. Service is a little slow.

Sorry, but service and food standards are slipping.
That was what l posted two years ago.
Now, it is worse. Poorly trained staff who do not give correct pricing information, and assume that as you sit, because you have a dog, you require Takeaway. Ok, so put a bin out to dispose of Takeaway packing as we had to walk to the CoOp bin.
Train your staff on basic customer service and make it clear where you need to pay for outside service at a different till. There seems to be no clear queue for far till.

Stopped off here for a coffee break on a long motorcycle ride, just wanted to grab a coffee sit down and chill for 10 mins then crack on, told because I wanted to sit in had to sit a table and someone would take my order? Sat for 5 mins and decided to go back to the counter that was empty only to be told there are two prices, one for take out and one for sit it, fine just charge me the sit in price at the counter simples! but no couldn't do that, 10 min stop turned into 30 min. But coffee (latte) was very good.

Always seem to have loads of staff milling about but never actually serving anyone who is waiting, seen it a few times....the queue needs a sign and a pole and rope to line it all up, things like this will improve the experience as the food is fantastic....

Restaurant prices a little too rich for us. Nicely decorated and certainly had a business meeting or cafe/coffee vibe. Nearly £23 for 2 coffees a bacon bap and a sausage bap. Especially galling as you could get the same as take away for a little under £10. Average but not keen at those prices in paying for the decor and a seat. point of view of a pensioner so probably not their target audience anyhow.
