Avoid this company like the plague. They find it acceptable for an item of their clothing to have a 3 week life span, then its inadaquate.
They are a joke. Their Cust service is a joke, they see nothing but pound signs, F*^k the customer!!!!

Staff were very polite and helpful. When they didn't have stock of one of the items I wanted to try they took the last one off the manikin. Also they had a great pre Christmas sale so got a coat for £150 instead of £200 and was much better quality to similar coats for the same cost I had tried on in Tkmaxx and some other stores
