Before visiting I had been told to expect long delays. My experience was complete different. I was seen as soon as I rang the bell, the pharmacist was polite and sourced my preordered prescription in a few short minutes.

Took 2 weeks to order an item, told me the item was available for collection, only for me to arrive and the item wasn't there. completely unacceptable, lucky its not a life saving medication I need.
