This store is huge ! I'm an up/down every aisle female in these type of stores. Wow they have so much stuff, found what was needed & then some !! The staff was quite attentive as well ! Definitely will be back during my next visit to UK !!!

Excellent store, friendly staff with lots of car parking!
2025: unfortunately the store quality has declined! Tills are always undermanned and products and customer service has decreased.

I visited H/B this morning with my friend - we were looking for wooden mushrooms -spoke to one of your colleagues lovely guy Adios who said they were sold out. We carried on in the store then Adios( who went looking for us ) came up to us with 2 of the mushrooms.That was so thoughtful and kind of him.
