Superb service from Hobbycraft Gloucester today. I had a tight turnaround to complete a couple of projects and needed some mini blackboard easels and a few other bits. I ordered everything I needed via Click & Collect, and turned up just over an hour later having hotfooted over from Cheltenham on the train (our local store was out of stock of the key items I needed). I asked for my order at the desk and the customer service representative couldn't find the order, but undeterred she asked her colleague, who it turned out had just finished doing Click & Collect and was able to quickly identify and locate my order form my surname. Both young ladies were super friendly and helpful; I'm very grateful! I was able to get back and complete both projects on time. Thank you Hobbycraft Gloucester team - have a lovely summer!

Lots of interesting items to stimulate creativity, well presented and well priced too. Only downside was that I couldn't easily find a staff member to answer a query on the top floor. Will definitely return.
