Fantastic service from all of the team at Halfords Gloucester. Special shout out for the manager - Adam, who gave me extensive advice on the best choice of Android Auto system for my van. He steered me to the best unit and didn't try to point me to more expensive units. I opted to fit the JVC KW-M785DBW myself and Adam explained how to do this and shared some great tips. Adam is a superb brand ambassador for Halfords and deserves to be recognised by Halfords HQ :-)

Had a windscreen repair done today. I booked it yesterday online. Staff were great when I arrived and the person who carried out the repair was superb! They talked everything through before and after, taking the extra time to satisfy my curiosity. Thrilled with the whole experience! Three small chips repaired for £45. Outstanding!

Staff helped to locate Sat-Nav display area in store, and directed another staff-person to deal with my inquiry; he then came out to my car to identify the screen-size of my failed Sat-Nav, before giving me advice about model sizes, and price. I agreed the purchase of the Garmin 53 model.
