The whole staff were absolutely fantastic. They helped my fiancé pick out his wedding ring and helped me through getting my wedding ring designed especially to fit my engagement ring. The bespoke service was great - they kept me updated, I was able to see the designs and make any changes, and they shared in my excitement of getting the ring made.

Took my grandmother's ring in to see if it could be sized and cleaned. Was a little worried as the ring is over 80 years old. The lady I dealt with was very helpful and reassuring. They took great care of this very precious ring and it came back looking beautiful. Thank you H Samuel

We are thrilled with the engagement ring ?. Initially it was looking as if we'd have to wait over 2 months to get it in the right size (& might have looked elsewhere) but Holly had the brainwave idea of suggesting that I try the next size up. It seemed just about ok so she searched for that size in other branches and managed to locate one, which meant we only had to wait 3 days! Thank you so much Holly!

I visited H.Samuels at Gloucester Quays today to buy my husband a 10 year wedding anniversary present. I was welcomed by Claire and her lovely colleague. I explained what I was looking for and Claire listened to what I wanted and found me the perfect watch. She took her time to show me the watch and explain all the little details. Both her and the lady she was working with were kind and patient. I can not fault the service I received today, it was first class and will definitely be recommending H.Samuels to all my friends and family. A big thank you to Claire and her team ?
