Has to be one of the best motorway stops in the country. Never had to wait long the dozen or so times I've been here. Not always someone around to help. Why don't they have someone at the motorway stations that are busier? Please can you add a cover so you dont get so wet plugging the car in.

OK only around 30kw with two other cars plugged in, better when one went. Very long leads, I used the charger two bays away.
