Greggs, my son loves the pepperoni pizza slices. Needles to say we visit at least once a week. It is a clean shop, but there was only one person serving and the queue was back out to the door, not ideal when all you want is one thing.

Get food and atmosphere. All the staff are really nice, two people stand out as really great are Lee and Shannon always so pleasant and helpful. We go in nearly every day and look forward to our tea and food.

Stopped at this Greggs to grab a couple of sausage rolls. Customer service the worst. Asked for Ketchup, which was right behind the counter, was told that the items I had purchased didn't qualify for sauce? I said to them "maybe you misinterpreted my request as I am happy to pay for it". Nope they don't give out unless it's from the hot food section. Some we'd practice here in the U. K (I'm Australian). Last time I went to any business it was the idea to sell the customer something they wanted.. Never heard of a place not allowing you to purchase sauce. Steer clear of this one. Been to many Greggs and got ketchup without issue. Weirdest experience of my life. Was treated like I asked for gold!!

Rude staff member asking me to leave because i had a miniature poodle in a carry strap bag not making a fuss simple in & out for a treat for my daughter.. won't me coming back disgusting service.. lovely cashier horrible manger!! Didn't even ask if she was a service dog was simply get out!!
