Poor after service of available staff from bike department.
Purchased a polygon bike few months ago, the tyre had a puncture and brought it back to fix today. I have been told that they don?t allow bike in the store and asked if they can help. I explained about the bike puncture, been told there is no staff available on bike department, I remember there are Evan and Tim ( bike technicians) who were really good and helpful.
Unfortunately the staff said one of them is on holiday and one is sick, that?s ok. The main thing is they don?t know when will they be back and available for bike department. They don?t let me drop my bike, so I must bring my bike back again, without knowing that when will there be a staff available to fix my bike. it?s a joke that such a big shop and they are lack of staff. The more funny thing is when you call Go Outdoors Gloucester, NO ONE EVER ANSWER THE PHONE. It is useless!

Frustrating that every jacket in the shop is locked together. When you want to try on several different things it?s a pain trying to find staff to unlock it all. Especially when they make absolutely no effort to come help you. Walked out in the end. Great way to put customers off

Had to visit Go Outdoors today after UPS left a calling card to pick up a parcel.
Took the calling card and address ID to be told by a young customer service attendant that he couldn?t give me the parcel because it had my wife?s name on it (same surname and address and calling card only detailed the house number and no name).
Asked to speak to a manager to resolve and an arrogant and unkept assistant manager came and was both rude and unhelpful. The store Manager (Ellis Holder) sent message he was unavailable.
I told them to return the parcel and it will have to go through the process of being reprocessed and redelivered if we couldn?t collect it.
The staff here are rude and unhelpful and in a day and age where shopping facilities need to be looking after customers better to encourage customers to come into store instead of shopping online it seems these members of staff are doing the opposite.
Never again will I spend my money at Go Outdoors ?.. a customer lost because of poor customer service and a management team who obviously don?t care!

GO Outdoors Gloucester, 3 people working on tills with 3 customers in front of me, They were so slow I left my items and walked out after 10 minutes of waiting.

Posting package via evri (and other shippers) they don?t give a printout confirmation (details with date and who posted to) like the post office in Gloucester. No proof of posting, will be in hot water when package goes missing.

Worst customer service by manager with tattoos. Went to drop of 2 items 2 weekends ago for evri shipment. The so called manager with tattoos was bloody rude. Said ?do you want this to go out? I replied ?that?s why I am here, been waiting in line?, he didn?t like my reply and he repeated ?do you want this to go out? so I gave the same reply, he wanted to here a Yes, likes his power he ended up telling me the evri system that he had in his hand is not working and told me to leave. So this is Go outdoors for you. RUDE no customer service. Best to avoid this place for shipping evri or expecting any kind of help, go to the main post office in king?s square to ship evri and many more options.
