Great for cake and coffee or soup and a roll, however, on the couple of occasions we have visited for breakfast we have been disappointed with the offerings of poorly cooked food. “Down to earth (get it ) garden centre with great displays, some exotica for the adventurous amongst us lots of sensible prices and good coffee weell worth a look . PS the recycled compost/topsoil at £4 a bag is exceptional and well worth our 20 mile round trip . Best crop of tomatoes and runner beans last year I have ever had .”

“This is a good local nursery that I have used a few times for supplying turf, topsoil and compost in bulk for this they have been very good, delivering on time and the products are of very good quality. You can also collect the turves in person for smaller quantities. Easy to deal with overall a good place to do business with”

“Location is not quite local enough for me to do the weekly but I love the odd trip here, its great to see that Morrisons have kept the experts in house like the seafood section, buthers, bakery and deli bars, so may supermarkets no longer do this, massive plus points Morrisons, staff are always very happy and helpful, the store is clean, tidy and well stocked at any time of the day”

“The plants are kept in several huge greenhouses, there is plenty of choice and the plants are well stoked so you can buy a big quantity as well. The only downside for me is that I found the place a bit too dispersive and this leads you to not really looking at everything, but on the other hand the staff is really friendly and helpful if you ask for their advice.”

“I visited the garden centre on 12 November. The garden centre is good and had great offers today. However, the cafe queues are long. The two young girls serving were doing their best but a huge downside to visiting the cafe. I would not have waited to order if had not been for the free drinks with my membership. It is unlikely I will renew my membership as the cafe is part of the shopping experience.”
