Never seems to have enough freezer or shelve space for the size of the store and range of products seems less than other branch in Gloucester. Should could do with modernising,Big car park is a bonus

No farm foods here, it's a glorified sweet and confectionery shop targeting the poorest, young mums, vulnerable etc those least able to cook healthily. My blood sugar spiked just by walking through the door. Two stars rather than one as they do sell a non-ultra processed food although the selection is tiny

Visited the store for the first time today to look at the items available in the store. Had a very unpleasant, disgusting and disrespectful experience. I was holding a carry bag which I carrried with me from my home. I left the store without buying anything from the store. Two female staff followed me and without even introducing themselves or telling their name started looking into the carry bag in my hand.Such a disgraceful customer service. Never recommend this store.Feeling so pitty on you ladies.This is been escalated, expecting an action to be taken ASAP.

This is not my first time shopping in this store, and last time I was very unpleasantly surprised when I came with bags from another store, but before going through the store, I left my child waiting for me at the exit, and the store employee, who does not wear badges, could not even tell me his name and accused me of stealing. It was good that I had receipts from previous stores and was able to show them, but it was very unpleasant because the man saw that my child was standing with the bags, and since I had paid for everything, he still kept hiding behind the woman and pointed at me that I had stolen something. So for the future, especially for people coming here who are not British citizens, be very careful in this shop, they pin theft on you, then charge you and make you pay, carry receipts with you so you have proof that you didn't do it
