I think that many of the staff, would be better off working in a garden centre. They don't have the slightest idea on car parts. You ask for a cam belt, and all you get is blank looks.

I bought a tyre compressor just over 3 months ago from this store. It was used twice since then and the backlight has now gone in the LCD screen, so its not unreadable and useless. Other than this fault, its in perfect condition.
Store refused to return the item despite the website clearly stating every item bought from euro cars includes a minimum 12 month warranty.
I will not be shopping here again as they are not upholding their policy as stated online.

AVOID!!!Absolutely terrible service, called in the morning and was told the part would be in at 11:30, Gloucester was gridlock so ended up taking hour and half but I really needed the part- got there about half 2, to then be told it's not here and it hadn't been ordered under my name or part number, didn't want to check the delivery that had came in, "I don't work here I'm just a driver" "there is no manager in so I can't help anymore"
When she then searched on the computer again and said it wasn't in I asked if she could confirm what the brand was (guessing I was being fobbed off) to then be told it doesn't say, sheepishly she then typed away for a long period and then the choice of 2 parts were on the screen-both showing no stock. Less than helpful and when I asked for her name I got the sort of response you get from my 2 year old playing dumb as to what I've asked and gave me a name after having to think about what it was.
2 other customers whilst I was there were given similar service
Ended up ordering from a competitor and will not be using your store again

**Terrible Experience with Euro Car Parts ? False Promises and Poor Service**
I had an absolutely awful experience with Euro Car Parts, and I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from them.
I placed an order for a critical car part, and I was explicitly promised that it would be available for collection on the 19th after 4 PM. However, when I arrived at the branch?after driving over **30 miles**?the part was nowhere to be found. I went back **three times**, wasting my time and fuel, only to be met with vague excuses and delays.
Customer service was slow, unhelpful, and seemed completely disconnected from their own branches. Instead of providing a real solution,
To make matters worse, they failed to answer calls at the branch, and even the chat agent admitted they couldn't do much besides "waiting for a reply." This is completely unacceptable for a company that claims to be professional.
I **demanded a refund and compensation**, but all I got was the usual corporate nonsense about delays being "unforeseen circumstances." If I had known this would happen, I would never have placed my order with them.
Euro Car Parts has **zero reliability, poor communication, and no accountability**. Avoid them unless you enjoy wasting your time and money!

Used to be alright, staff were reasonable helpful but after going today I?m not so sure. Once again longish queues. A young lad behind the desk I could hardly even hear him he was mumbling and not really talking. (Saw another comment about a young lad so could be same person) Tried to get some power steering fluid I wasn?t sure what one and his colleague said they all the same (they aren?t I checked after) he barely even tried to help me at all. Get some staff who can actually guide customers if you don?t know then say don?t just half ignore me! Hope next time will be better not on! I even went to mechanic/tyre place next door for some help as you were that useless and peed me off big time! sort it out, customer service goes along way! I never write Google reviews but I needed too after today!

Euros have really dropped in reliability, quality and care over the years. Can?t do a simple task like search and give you the correct brake pads. Didn?t even mention any fitment options, just ran the have the pads. Only to waste my time trying to change them.
All of this followed up with attitude from the kid in the shop. Have had one or two similar instances in other branches but certainly avoid this one.
Also typical ECP policy to have one or one and a half members of staff on sales over the weekend, ignoring the long queue.
Will have to stick with using online suppliers now.
