Long waits to get counter service and price varies from staff member and from phone quote to counter collection. Get a price then phone around then go back to europarts tell them to beat it and get a operative name .Then go and pick it up but be prepared to WAIT . Went again today after avoiding it for years . Delightful girl served me . She was fast efficient on the phone and on site . But placed looked like it was closing still only 1 on counter and still a wait . Girl was brilliant place still slow and still be prepared to wait .

Good selection and the prices are okay but went in there to collect and it took about half an hour to pick up a few bits on click and collect. Don't think they've anywhere near enough staff to handle weekend footfall. People left it was that bad. Staff are good though, just not enough.

Nice enough guys but sooooo slooowwwwww to just pick up an order I placed and already paid for. Probably would have left if they didn't already have my money!

Unfortunately a waste of time. They answer the phone and say please hold the line. 10 minutes later they answer again and say please hold the line, after another 10 minutes I gave up.Businesses like this have knock on effects to other businesses

The slowest service I have ever used in my life. One man out the front running about by himself . Others chatting and laughing away in the back offices ( not offering to help) even when there is a queue of 30 people and everyone is getting really annoyed with the poor lad behind the counter. They need to put a system in place where one takes an order and one picks it would reduce the queue drastically. I was also sold a faulty brake calliper and was told they couldn?t find it on the system and when I spoke to customer services they found my receipt and told me I could get a replacement part due to the error - all good. But when I got to store I was told we don?t have a manager in today so we cant process refunds ( another wasted journey) I had to buy the part again and will be complaining to customer services. This place doesn?t seem to improve it?s getting worse

They had exactly what I needed but couldn't find anywhere else.I just phoned up the number I found on Google search and was informed they could get what I wanted by lunchtime.Easy to reach thanks to Google maps. I parked right outside and was served immediately. Happy days.

Ordered my parts by phone. Went in 3 days later had 7 people in front of me. Waited 30 minutes only one person served, i left because I would of been late for work. Returned the next day to find out my parts had not been ordered. Was told they would be in by 3pm. Returned again at 3pm. My parts did not turn up until after 3.30pm. There was another customer having the same problem.They did not seem interested in serving ordinary customers. If you were an RAC or AA or from the workshop next-door they got served first.Would i use them again, probably not.The parts they supplied were wrong i was 50 miles away with the car stripped had to find another Europarts to sort out the problem.Definitely will not use Gloucester Europarts again.

I stopped going 2 years ago because of the poor service. I only ever went because the prices were so cheap but half of what I purchased didn't fit my vehicles even though it said it did online or over the phone.In the last month I have tried to use this site twice. Both times I have been completely disappointed as have all the other customers waiting. The queues waiting to either collect item purchased on click and collect or just to walk in to buy products have been long and slow moving.A manager is always present but hidden in the back room & only makes a presence if something serious is wrong with an order, but I have been brushed off being told to come back Monday to get a refund - Basically because they can't be bothered themselves straight after I paid for it.The young lad working the counter is either poorly trained or from what I can see is poorly supported by others!If you see a large queue developing, someone else should be able to jump on the counter and clear the backlog.It's a real shame because 3-5 years ago it was a reasonable company but now it seems stripped to the bare bones and not even that cheap anymore.In future I will better manage my time and just buy my parts in the week from GMF up the road as I don't think I have ever had to take a part back & generally cheaper.It's really sad - With Such potential from that site it will be sooner or later everybody decides with there feet! Maybe they already have!0 Stars not 1 star!Now prove us all wrong Euro Car Part Quedgeley Gloucester!?
