I got a 4g device from this store. They told me the reception in the area I was staying in was excellent. I get 1 bar and 150kb max speed. I had faster dial up speeds in the early 2000s. Now I'm stuck in a contract with a useless brick for a 4g device.

I pre booked appointment for a screen repair just to come there and find out that they don't do it in store, they're sending it away and it takes up to 10 days. For the reference, their website states "2 hours" repairs.

Went to the gloster shop one assistant serving customer another sat doing nothing after five minutes of being ignored asked the assistant doing nothing if he would serve us his reply was he was waiting for a customer and l was very rude at that point walked out of shop went over road to vodafone got served straight away and came out with phone and contract we wanted will never go into another ee shop when l can get better and politer service elsewhere

Pretty terrible service took my mobile into be repaired as had stopped charging. My wife had to wait for an hour as consultant tried to get past mobile security protocols to be told that their software hadn't been updated and there was no manager in that store . Now I'm on call centre on hold for half an hour . Avoid this company no idea how to look after customers.

Today went into shop in Gloucester cross as my partners phones topped recieveing call since new sim card given .waited 30 mins then aventualey seen .to be told come back tomorrow as system down so can't seeA ten second question our way would saved us losing half hour and tbh that's poor .A Quick interaction would drastically improve customer service . Showing good will not as recieved .We be as slow possible.

I went to renew my contract and choose a new phone which I gave to my wife because she needed it more than I did. I got to discussing that my current phone (Asus ROG 5) had terrible service. Dropping out on WiFi calling and generally only being able to make calls with 4 bars+ in signal. The EE guy suggested replacing the SIM. Now you can't do this in store without showing photo ID and allowing your photo to be taken. I consented and jumped through all the required hoops. Once the new SIM was installed, I had no signal for 30 minutes. After service resumed, I just carried on as normal. It was after a few days that noticed that I could make calls with 2 bars or less of signal. Places where calls would just drop out, they just worked. Even with my phone in my pocket and using a Bluetooth headset which was unusable before, now works perfectly. So well done EE guy.
