As first time home owners and people who have never brought a bed without parents guidance, we were firstly overwhelmed with the selection. Harry was amazing! He was so helpful throughout the whole experience, very knowledgeable and overall so friendly! So happy with our purchases and even more happy with the customer service we received from Harry.

I was greeted straight away by Louise and asked If she could help. Having explained my requirements I was asked a variety of questions to confirm my needs. I was shown the Bed Machine which I used and given the result.( A most useful and impressive piece of kit) I was then shown the recommended options which I was able to try. I wasn't rushed and under any pressure at any time. Louise was very professional with a most pleasant disposition. My purchase was carried out efficiently without any issues and explained in detail what I had purchased. I was asked If I wish to have a drink, I was very impressed with the level of service and would certainly visit again if I wish to make further purchases.

My family loves Dreams Gloucester. The atmosphere and service is excellent. The team is very helpful, supportive, kind and smiled and make you feel comfortable. We went to buy a new mattress and were impressed with the high-tech approach to find the correct one. We were 'analysed' using a computer controlled bed, which came up with a number of suggestions for us to try. Our salesman Jack was helpful, knowledgeable, and not too pushy. We came out having purchased a top-of-the-line mattress, but we felt confident that we had got good value for money.
