Your courier Jonny is a racist! he reported to you that my husband was aggressive - even though it is not true and your company did not check it. Now, he immediately refused every parcel sent to me, and this has been going on since May! And no help from you! That's why I collected the documents and will file an official complaint to you, and then I will report to newspapers and other media what KIND of people DPD employs and that it allows customers to have to ask for parcels to be delivered even though I paid for it!

Rang with a query about a missing parcel. They said they'd investigate and call back within an hour. Never heard from them again! Unfortunately this is fairly typical in the current times

Without doubt the worst couriers I have come to our house. Every single time we have a problem.It's reached the point now I won't order off companies that use DPD local (or interlink or whatever they are calling themselves this week).

Failed to deliver. Waste of time ringing. Spent at least 2 hours on phone to 2 separate people. Driver was supposed to come back but did not bother. Had to contact John Lewis for shipping refund as wasted a day off work! Gloucester depot is the DPD driver works from.

I asked for my package to be delivered into my letter box. Instead it was thrown through the main gate of my apartment complex and left there. I was in Spain for a week and the package contained a covid test for my return. I had no way of knowing what happened to the package. In addition no one from dpd phoned me as was expected. Although the package was delivered on time it was an extremely shoddy delivery service compounded by the lack of follow up.

They knocked at the door put the parcel in front of the door, took a photo and left. He was polite and sociable.

Just want to thank Dean, my DPD local driver I think based in Brockworth, who has always done a fantastic job and today has delivered flowers apparently by walking the last mile. No wheel tracks in the snow up our steep drive, so exceptionally grateful to him today.
