“It has happened that a parcel from Netherlands arrived and I had to pay duties on. So until I received the physical paper the parcel had been here for few days. Paid the duties before going and the lady at the counter was super helpful. She actually managed to find my parcel although I had booked to receive it the following day. Unfortunately I'm not very often at home. It is quite uncommon to find people that go the extra energy to actually help.”
