Products seem reasonable value for money, however the item I ordered became faulty within 3 days and Cotswold shoes have been impossible to get hold of. I have now sent 3 emails to try and exchange the item in nearly 2 weeks and have not received the courtesy of a response. Even with the recent bank holidays, that is 7 working days.Based on this experience, my advice would be to take your custom elsewhere.
