Store was clean and tidy, staff friendly and attentive. Only 2 staff on which for a Saturday afternoon is not sufficient when it's busy but was very quiet when we arrived.

Very polite, lovely service from staff. Very helpful if you are a wheelchair user. Costa coffee shops are always polite ?

The service was extremely slow, 2 people working one of the busiest Costa coffees I have seen. The place was covered in and out with duty plates, cups and napkins. However the staff were smiling and the coffees were fantastic. Just think they need more staff

I don?t normally like to complain but I felt so bad for the trainee today who was trying her best and looked extremely stressed whilst being had a go at by what looked like her manager (brown hair possibly called Emma?) who loudly announced ?you?ve been here a couple weeks and you?re still making stupid mistakes you shouldn?t be making? and constantly made digs and huffing and puffing and throwing her hands in the air. Was a very tense atmosphere to order in and put me off going back
