They were rude with me just for asking for a dash of cold milk on my black American? I know it?s last minute especially when it needs to place it on the till but it was a dash? no need to be spoken to me like I was a child, on other occasion I asked about a cake and again was not friendly at all, so I now believe I can confirm I won?t be back or even bring my family to see this kind of behaviour, may need to think as beefing nice to customers does not hurt at all.

Very basic inside this store. Staff ok. Tables needed clearing away. The person taking orders was condescending.

I?ve visited the store the past few Sundays, The coffee and atmosphere created by the team was great. The manager Zipporah was friendly, helpful and we had a lovely conversation - looking forward to visiting again.

Busy coffee was as expected for Costa not bad at all. Tried the frozen frappe they are doing for summer.
Dietary restrictions: My daughter had a dairy free drink due to allergies.

Has usual with Costa great coffee and their brown toast with marmalade is really nice. ,good service and a nice atmosphere.

Love coming to this costa, always find peace and coffees plus hot chocolate are always great!
Also their Caramel latte tastes better than the ones I?ve previously had in Bognor Regis when I was on holiday.
Find this costa more relaxing to bring my son as he finds busy places to much like I do.
Kay and the rest of the staff are amazing. So was Rory (R.I.P my friend).

Coffee was cold ,staff was trying to be funny when I asked how big was the small cup? She answered small and she was laughing. The place was cups everywhere. Just not a good place to be .
