Lauren was incredible such awesome service a wonderful smile and personality. She helped our whole group and made an ordinary stop at the train station into something extraordinary. Please acknowledge and reward her whether that's with gifts or promotion, it's this type of service that inspired me to go to Costa even more so

I?ve started popping in here in between train journeys and every single time the customer service has been above and beyond. Each time the staff have been so kind and helpful, particularly one gentleman with the manbun hairstyle.
The food is always great as you?d expect, and it?s lovely to be able to pop in quick to grab a toastie before the train. Cannot recommend enough especially for travellers, fantastic work Costa team!

Whukst the fella that took my payment was lovely, the bald barista with glasses made me a "latte" that was all milk, no froth, when i asked to swap as i didnt want that much milk, he just added some froth to my drink and then gave me attitude, saying i should have ordered a different drink

Just awful! We were given the wrong drinks, we asked the girl from the Drive Thru' for assistance but she ignored us & looked utterly miserable. The manageress was lovely, however, and corrected our order without question.
