Can?t recommend Co-op Travel (especially Laura) for pulling off the impossible and when I say impossible I mean something we had been told by all other travel agents in Gloucester couldn?t be done.
Laura sorted amazing flights to Florida for Halloween Horror Nights, a two bedroom suite at a hotel in Universal and we even get free Express Pass for the park (anyone who?s ever been knows how invaluable these are).

We unfortunately had to change our holiday dates. Rang Sophie and she sorted it out in minutes, no fuss, great service and made the process simple and stress free. Would highly recommend booking a holiday with her. Especially if you have to make any changes. Thank you Sophie for resolving a stressful situation for us.

For many years I have booked my holidays online believing that I could get a cheaper deal and all of the information I needed was there. When booking my last holiday I popped into the Co-op Travel Gloucester branch and this changed my mind about booking online. The service I received was excellent, such a friendly and knowledgeable team, and ended up booking a great holiday at a very competitive price. I will certainly be booking with them next time.

Wow!!! I usually book online holidays as I always thought that travel agents would be double the price and maybe I bought into the belief they can be snooty . However on this occasion I couldn?t find the separate bits online matched together , I wanted a specific package . So I bit the bullet and went in . I spoke to a few sales ladies in the office and they were really lovely and knowledgeable! BUT I have to say Sophie was an absolute legend for me , she knew her products and came across really really well ! I have been in sales for 20 years and I was absolutely took back not just from her knowledge but the way she presented, I now work in customer service and I would not hesitate to offer Sophie a position in either high end sales or as a customer service manager . I rarely if ever write reviews however I was bowled over by Sophie and I would and will use this travel agents as a fist choice moving forward. As I said the whole team I spoke to were all great but Sophie I believe is a real shining star ( and no she is not my daughter lol )

Big shout out to April and the team. Well recommend..great hotel lots of facilities lovely place. Mogan in Gran Caneria. RADISON BLU 15 mins to the beach..

Second time of using coop travel. Excellent very helpful staff, not pushy at all, done everything to help, printed all information out for me, and when I called the next day to say I was going with a cheaper deal online they asked if they could match and in fact bettered the deal, very pleased with the service

Doors locked at 2.30pm, notice saying not opening until 3.15.I went into town specifically to go to this travel agent, so as car park expiring at 3.25 was a wasted journey, & parking cost. In a busy city centre.Staff opened the door as I knocked on it, just to tell me "we are at lunch".Poor customer service.So took my custom to Tui next door.

It's was ok for the time of day very quite it was a Sunday lots of lunches going out .I dident really enjoy mine as found the veg to be a little bland and the gravy had a very powdery taste x
