My little girl has been asking for 2 months to have her ears pierced and today we agreed so popped in to claires and the assistant elli was more than helpful, she was very interactive with both me and my daughter putting her at ease, she spoke to her through out the whole experience and was generally kind and lovely, I really hope you can pass this on to her and let her now what a great job she is doing, thank you

I made a order online of £50 on 2 items one item came that cost £10 and the other one that cost £40 never came I've emailed them 2 times now with no reply it's been 3 weeks since it was ment to come I wouldn't recommend ordering online

Booked an appointment to get my child's ear piercing done. Arrived at the shop and there was one staff present, who was attending to customers at the till and getting piercing service done, this caused delayed. We waited for an hour to served. No air conditioning in the shop in this heat wave. Claire's Services needs better management & take hygienic measures into consideration.Piercing looked good.

Excellent service prices are quite high for piercings especially knowing next door are under cutting their piercings by half. Went to get my nose pierced was £40 at Claire's was £17:50 next door

The lovely shop assistant wearing a Barbie hoodie...gave brilliant customer service....was extremely helpful and kind giving my 2 grandchildren her time, joining in with them as they pretended to be spies...( Oriac & Ekrad,) made it a happy shopping experience for us all.Thank you BarbieMrs D
