I have been with this surgery for a number of years now and I have never been let down. I phoned the surgery today as I have been feeling unwell. I was given an appointment within the hour. I saw Doctor Cooper and I received excellent treatment. All the Doctors, Nurses and Receptionists are extremely caring. We are so lucky to have such a great Surgery. Thank you.

If you have tried to call them recently then you will know how poor their response times are. There are other things I can comment on but won't at this time. They offer an online option but that takes 2 days to get back to you it is not surprising how many people go to A&E when you are in pain or worried.

Very difficult to book appointment, have to wait more then 2hrs. Also there was no clear information about appointment either phone call or face to face with Dr.

Honestly dreadful. The service here from the doctors is good, however the website and front of house staff make the entire experience horrid. Phone lines which are impossible to get through to and a complaints page which they have never responded to it makes me wonder how they are still operating. They have managed to turn minor issues into major problems and made every visit unpleasant.

Despite the pandemic, and these obviously very busy times, I have been so pleased with the contact I've had with the surgery for both myself and my daughter. My daughter was particularly anxious about something and was offered a face to face app the next day. For myself, I couldn't have been more happy with the telephone receptionist, who was polite, reassuring and very keen to help me. Feel very lucky to have such a great doctors surgery in our area.

Easy to get to by car or bus route no 97 gold plenty of free parking & only 2min walk from bus stop. Nice Friendly staff, nice big waiting room, so no problem keeping your distance at the moment ? & Easy to find &follow on Google drive or Maps. So give them a ring & try them out ?

Used this practice all my life and now changing due to the last 2 years. Every single interaction has resulted in error. ?Forgot? to check me in in waiting room so had ago at me for being late when I was there 20 mins waiting. ?Forgot? to order my medication after another app. ?Forgot? to book in an appointment after taking day off and having to wait a month. Patronising receptionist having a go at me for letting medication get as low as ?5 days left?. Dr I was assigned after mine retired has seen me once in 5 years as she is never at work or ?on call outs?. Absolutely no consistency and chances of treating a problem effectively if seeing a different dr each time are slim to non. Spent a fortune on meds that aren?t suitable due to drs relying on notes instead of actual getting to know a patient.

Since lockdown started the service that was once so reliable has gone to pot. Getting an appointment or 'e-consult' as they are now called, on the same day or even in the same week is virtually impossible.The surgery is guarded like Fort Knox and as some one with mental health issues it is very distressing to be forced to practically grovel for an appointment.
