Told an iPhone by female manager was a C grade or poor or not working , it was an A grade (Mint) worse case a B grade, it was in very good working condition and had been kept in a case with screen protectors, not a mark on it , fully working, I?ve been a loyal customer for years, never again. Not trust worthy.

Absolutely Appalling Customer Service ? Avoid at All Costs!
If I could give zero stars, I would. The experience I had at this place was beyond horrendous. The female staff member I dealt with had one of the worst attitudes I?ve ever come across?rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional.
I brought in a genuine item, yet she had the audacity to claim it was fake. When I questioned her reasoning, she doubled down on her ridiculous claim and then, out of nowhere, started making allegations that she apparently worked for Apple. Really? Because nothing about her attitude or knowledge reflected that?just pure arrogance and incompetence.
But here?s the best part: As soon as I left the store, she immediately started gossiping about me to her coworkers. Unfortunately for her, I had to walk back in because I forgot to write something down?caught her red-handed. Her face went bright red with embarrassment when she realized she?d been caught in the act. Unprofessional doesn?t even begin to describe it.
If this is how they treat paying customers, I can only imagine how poorly they run the rest of their business. Avoid this place like the plague and take your money elsewhere!

Did a drop and go order so I can see how much all my bits I was selling to be worth I put most of the bits as c and for everything was valued at 272 then received a phone call saying the back of my phone was loose (not the case) because it was in a gorilla case and screen protector since bought make up magically excuses to make more money scamming people to keep your business running should be ashamed of yourselves save your reply don?t need to hear you beaurcratic nonsense on how you team follows policy they stand around doing nothing not wanting to serve and if you do grunts or whispers.
