“Yesterday 16/5/22 I went into the Gloucester branch too purchase some balloons for my daughters 6th birthday, I left them at home so I could collect my daughter from school but when I got home the pink number 6 balloon had burst or ripped someone how and was on the floor, however when taking it back too the store the ladies couldn’t be more helpful!, they happily exchanged it for my daughter and couldn’t be more sorry.Thank you Gloucester branch!!”
